Form Six Schemes of Work
Full-year schemes of work (maazimio ya kazi) that map out what to teach each term, before you record it in the log book.

A log book is a teacher's record of the work covered in a subject. Typically it lists the main and specific competencies, the dates each was started and finished, and space for comments from the teacher and the school administration. It works alongside the schemes of work, which set out what should be taught, and the Form Six lesson plans, which set out how each lesson is delivered.
The Form Six log book covers the final year of Advanced Level, focused on consolidating learning ahead of the national examination (ACSEE). It gives teachers and school leaders a clear record of what has been covered in each subject, so any remaining gaps can be closed before the examination.
